Key description
- This is an agreement whereby a company owning the copyright over a series, assigns he exclusive right to exploit and distribute the series in the form of DVDs, Videos and over the internet in a specific territory in return for the payment of royalties calculated as a percentage of the sales. Although intended for use in the UK, this form may be adapted for use in other jurisdictions.
