- A Development Agreement where the OWNER retains a Development Manager to perform certain pre-development, development, consultative, supervisory and/or other services with respect to its Property.
- Under the Agreement, the Development Manager shall prepare a detailed Project Plan, business plan, annual budgets, operational budgets, organizational structures for smooth implementation of the Project;
- The Development Manager shall identify, shortlist and recommend project architects, consultants, contractors and vendors as may be required for the implementation of the Project
